Install Debian 12 or 13

This is a walk through of a standard Debian install, it hasn’t changed much in years, so even though this Debian 13. It’s still pretty much the same for 12 and even 11.

Software Selection

Select the software load out and desktop environment. I generally uncheck the first 2, enable ssh and that's it. It results in a very lean, very stripped down base that can be built into anything you need.
